He co wrote the French Study and talks about all the good HCQ stuff.

but, one is a prescription drug, and the other is found in tonic water.

 

Hydroxychloroquine is derived from Quinine. They're not identical though.

 

Some argue that there isn't enough Quinine in tonic water to make a difference and others point out that Quinine builds up in your system.

 

If you actually have covid, I'd think that you'd want to be taking the right amount of HCQ. If you're using it to prevent, maybe that's where you go with the tonic water.

 

There's a bit of a lack of studies on quinine, more people are using HCQ.
