No. It's not medical advice unless you are a doctor. And then, you can skirt around it by saying something like "you should always consult your doctor, however, "x and known for causing y".

 

Giving law advice over the radio is the same. You can state things in hypotheticals and skirt around laws against giving direct legal advice by saying things like "depending on your circumstance(s)".

 

It's how it's done everyday on TV, Radio, and the web. People give advice all the time. That's why there's a saying "The worst vice is advice".
