does the SKY EVENT have anything to do with the intersection of comets Atlas and SWAN on 05/23 (5:5) ? It's said that the intersection could cause an EMP that could lead to comms. going down!

Which would grant the post we are all waiting for "My Fellow Americans, The Storm is upon us" POTUS well insulated on AF1. Now Insulated is a nice choice of word, as it is also defined as nonconducting covering that doesn't let Electricity pass.
