Judge Sullivan Grants Amicus Requests For Oral Arguments – Scheduled For July 16th – Sidney Powell Reacts

Attorney Sidney Powell announced on Tuesday morning that Team Flynn has just delivered to the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to correct Judge Sullivan’s unauthorized actions.

RELIEF SOUGHT

Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court order the district court immediately to (1) grant the Justice Department’s Motion to Dismiss; (2) vacate its order appointing amicus curiae; and (3) reassign the case to another district judge as to any further proceedings.

This comes after Judge Emmet Sullivan REFUSED to drop the case against General Flynn even though the US Government prosecutors dropped ALL CHARGES against the 3-star General.

Last Tuesday Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.

Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.

Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

It appears Sidney Powell’s move today really pissed off Judge Sullivan because he immediately ‘responded’ by granting all requests by ‘stand-in’ judge Gleeson.

“It is further ordered that the Court schedules oral argument for July 16, 2020..” Judge Sullivan wrote in his order.

Stage Set For Intifada: PA's Abbas Ends All Agreements & Security Cooperation With Israel & US

Everyone knew it was coming, just not when or how severe — and as we recently predicted the stage appears set for a third intifada: violence not seen since the last one ended in 2005.

Ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s annexation plans including takeover of the Jordan Valley (which makes up 20% of West Bank territory), which he earlier said had US-backing to go forward in as little as two months, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas announced late Tuesday that all prior agreements with the United States and Israel are now null and void.

This includes any and all prior 'security agreements' with the state of Israel, and most alarmingly all local security arrangements and any ground-level cooperation.

Abbas said at an emergency leadership meeting in Ramallah:

"The Palestine Liberation Organization and the State of Palestine are absolved, as of today, of all the agreements and understandings with the American and Israeli governments and of all the obligations based on these understandings and agreements, including the security ones."

This after Netanyahu promised to move on annexing areas of Jewish settlements in the West Bank that were "agreed" to as part of Trump's much touted ‘Deal of the Century’ first unveiled to the public earlier this year — only the Palestinian side never actually "agreed" to anything, according to prior PA statements, saying they weren't privy to discussion or deliberations, or that ultimately Tel Aviv "sacrificed nothing".

Axios summarizes the other crucial elements outlined in Abbas' speech as follows:

Abbas said that, as the occupying power, Israel should now take the responsibility over the West Bank.

Abbas stressed that the Israeli plan to move ahead on annexation is a unilateral cancellation of the Oslo Accords, signed in the 1990s.

Abbas said the Trump administration was responsible for the crisis, and “has become complicit in the Israeli occupation." He praised “other American stakeholders” that are more supportive of the Palestinians.

Abbas called on all the countries who are opposed to annexation and Trump's peace plan to recognize Palestine as a state.

New Black Panther Party Launches Boycott of ‘Chinese Merchants’ to Protest Racism

The radical New Black Panther Party launched a nationwide boycott of “Chinese merchants” on Tuesday — including restaurants, beauty salons, and other businesses — to protest China’s treatment of Africans, among other grievances.

Attorney Malik Zulu Shabazz announced the boycott campaign, which he also described as part of a “Buy Black Offensive,” as a protest against discrimination in the People’s Republic of China, as well as the behavior of Chinese companies in Africa.

The protests targeted over a dozen businesses across the country, none of which had any apparent affiliation with the Chinese government.

For example, one group of protesters held a demonstration outside Yum’s in Washington, DC, a popular local eatery. (The founder came to the U.S. from Hong Kong in 1979.)

Breitbart News live-streamed some of the protests in Washington, which included several Black Panther activists trampling a Chinese flag.

Donald Trump: We’re Going After Virginia and ‘Crazy Governor’ Ralph Northam

President Donald Trump on Tuesday at the White House promised to challenge Democrats for the state of Virginia, under Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam.

“We’re going after Virginia, with your crazy governor,” Trump said.

The president spoke to a couple of Virginia farmers during an event promoting $19 billion in aid for farms and ranchers, including a couple of potato farmers.

“We’re going after Virginia. They want to take your Second Amendment away, you know that, right?” Trump said. “You’ll have nobody guarding your potatoes.”

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton won the state of Virginia by five points in 2016 over Trump. Since the 2016 election, Democrats have held onto control of the governorship, their two national Senate seats, and seized the majority control of the state legislature.

Trump has frequently criticized Northam for his dramatic shift leftward in abortion policies and gun rights.

In April, Trump criticized Northam for using the pandemic to pass gun control laws.

“I think Virginia is a great case, though, because they’re using this. They’re trying to take your guns away in Virginia,” Trump said.

The president also shared the message on Twitter to “liberate Virginia.”

“They’re trying to take that Second Amendment Second Amendment right away,” Trump said at a later press conference. “To me, that’s liberty. That’s when I say, ‘liberate Virginia,’ I would say, liberate Virginia when that kind of thing happens.”

‘Where is Wray?’ – After Failing to Hear From FBI Director Wray, Jim Jordan Invites Bill Priestap and Joe Pientka to Appear Before Judiciary Committee

Reps Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Monday evening invited former FBI special agents Bill Priestap and Joe Pientka to appear before the Judiciary Committee.

Both Priestap and Pientka were involved in the Flynn ambush interview in January of 2017.

Unsealed handwritten FBI notes revealed the true intent of the FBI’s January 24, 2017, White House interview of General Flynn:

“What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute [Flynn] or get him fired?” Bill Priestap wrote.

The FBI framed General Flynn.

Here’s how they planned to get Flynn removed:

1) Get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act”; or

2) Catch Flynn in a lie.

A few weeks ago, Jordan and Johnson demanded FBI Director Wray turn over all documents on the operation against Flynn and provide Priestap and Pientka for interviews.

After failing to hear from FBI Director Christopher Wray, hero Jim Jordan took the initiative and invited Bill Priestap and Joe Pientka to appear before the Judiciary Committee.

Ranking member Jim Jordan asked, “Where is Christopher Wray?”

The GOP lawmakers are seeking an interview with FBI special agent Joe Pientka, who still has yet to be questioned even though Grassley repeatedly requested to speak with Pientka.

On May 11, 2018, then-Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and then-Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein stating Comey testified the FBI didn’t think General Flynn lied.

Grassley also revealed Joe Pientka was the second FBI agent who joined Peter Strzok on January 24th, 2017 in an ambush style interview to take down General Flynn.

Rosenstein refused to give the Senate Judiciary Committee the requested documents. Instead, Rosenstein provided “insufficient” documents prompting Grassley to send a second scathing letter to the Deputy AG.

Here we are two years later and Republican lawmakers are still fighting to speak with special agent Joe Pientka.
