That was pretty harsh treatment imho.
those kids didn't look mean.
he said he had a receipt.
he wasn't fighting the cops.
he was trying to respond to the security guy who was asking him for the receipt.
I didn't see any laws broken or evidence of theft to be arrested.
if it was me, I'd be pissed.
