I'm curious to know if there was work scheduled to be done on these or not. Like, was this something that was preventable if the state didn't get shutdown by nazis? Whitler did consider most construction and what not "non essential". If this was actually something that was supposed to be worked on come spring, and got delayed indefinitely due to corrupt incompetence, then she should most certainly have to deal with repercussions for her corrupt incompetence…
