From aerial maps, that is the Edenville dam. The Sanford dam is several miles south.

 

Looks like the powerhouse and gate structure is all intact (grey square near the wing strut).

 

Appears with the long heavy rains the level rose and breached the top of the dam with erosion from the top down. May be a slight failure at the V but hard to tell.

 

Appears 2019 work at the powerhouse gates is intact. Likely the spillway intact.

Anon stands corrected, the reconstruction work permit was revoked in 2018 because Boyce was not willing to increase the gate sizes. So no construction on structures was performed.

Many states are pushing the tracing BS. Search of congress.gov saw at least seven bills that include covid-19 contact tracing (not just the "impending 6##6 bill).
