Well, I didn't know that shit. Thing is there are a shit-ton of Trump supporters who loathe dude-weed and would Reee from the hilltops before allowing that to happen. The way I see it is this…
WHAT DOES THE CONSTITUTION SAY? Fuck this gay law completely and go back to the source.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"
Soooo Nowhere in The Constitution does it say that Congress shal have the power to regulate weed and be all stupid about it. This means it is relegated to the states or the people. Historically this has been flushed down the shitter by the Broad Interpretation of the Commerce Clause. What they do is simply say that the feds can regulate commerce between states so directly this would mean that they could say no, Nevada cannot block wholesale the importation of weed from California to bolster their own state industries… or whatever which is at least arguable… Instead they say that since any part of the weed industry of any kind engages in interstate commerce then they can ban it. This is obvious bullshit and gets the gas IMO. It destroyed our nation and left us in the sorry state we are in now, broadly, not just with weed.
Literal. Interpretation. Of. The. Original. Constitution. That is my goal here and should be the goal of every real American Patriot, pothead or not.
…as an aside, this is good advice.
