All well and good, but judges want ti convict you. They wont hear these laws. They want to use their power to break you. Everyone thinks court is fair. That DA’s are by the book. That DEA agents and state prosecutors wont go to dirty tactics to put a notch in their belt.. or.. this is even bigger.. withhold evidence, actually withhold evidence knowingly, admit to it, but still withhold. Or that the DA and your attorney have been fighting it out in court, and the DA uses (You) as a get back for your attorney winning the last case against [them].
You are living in a dream world if you think courts are fair. What we are seeing w Flynn. His case was different then mine, but they told me they would use my son against me and did.
All a miscarriage of justice, i checked the fuck out after all of that. I no longer believed that America was a land of and by the people, and courts were fair and just.
It all comes down to money and power. Our court system is broken. It truly is.
It needs reformed, and judges need to be scrutinized, what they have allowed to habben in their courts, DA/State Prosecutors gone over.. looking at their court cases.
And lastly the plea process. After all my money was spent, i was told to plea guilty, was looking at insane jail time if we took to trial and I lost. Pedos get slap on wrists but for weed.. they throw you in prison for massive sentencing. All looking at me, they told me I needed to agree I would not seek to have case looked back into if new information was found out.. I said “you have got to be kidding me” mouth agape..
Court system is THE BIGGEST TRAVESTY THERE IS. You get caught up in it, they dont give a FUCK about you. You must prove your innocence, you are not innocent until proven guilty.
Nope. Best to stay out of their courts. You have to go to court, first off you have the bullshit color code. I never once pissed w weed in me, i had THE worst colors and multiple times a week @$25/pop.. and they tried to get me on house arrest also, which.. how the fuck can you get to and back from work and all on it? The WHOLE thing is designed to punish you and make you fail.
Absolutely, there is so much moar, but I dunno. I dont want to be a total open book, but it was revenge on the person’s (snitch/ex-employee’s) part and soooo much fuckery habbened and they did not care, like the guy calling me and harassing me w messages so I would call him and break my no contact order.. he could do that to me, and all was fine.
It almost broke me. It did financially, but I barely made it out of the entire process w my spirit intact. I was morally and mentally really fucked up after it all.
When Q started posting, it took all of me to get behind police, and all. I loved Trump already, backed him the second he announced. It was being pro police and getting behind the system that fucked me over royally that was hard to do.

Yep 👊👊. Also the “mandatory sentencing” is fucked also. Didnt have any priors, never been in trouble outside of speeding tickets as a young driver before and they were throwing around YEARS.. which forced me to plea. What kind of bullshit is that?
