I am in the area, for Edenville and Sanford they opened the Midland Mall and Midland High School for emergency shelter.
I suppose thats where the other will go too, maybe the other schools in Midland will help intake people seeking shelter.

There's the Saginaw River, then the river forks and one fork is the Tittabawasse River and the other is the Shiawassee River
Saginaw River leads up to Saginaw Bay, and the Bay is part of Lake Huron.
Midland is Dow-land, lots of people are blue collar workers, and therefore heavy union shit here. The city of Midland isn't toast but downtown Midland is going to take a hit because of the flooding, the courthouse is there, tridge, a golf course, and of course businesses.

There is an older part of Midland and a newer part, the older part is downtown area, Midland High School area, and if you look on map and find Kroger's, around that area is where the "new" part begins, its widely known the older part of Midland has shit-tier drainage systems in place so when it rains that area floods easier.
