"They were together during the voting of the General Prosecutor, voting of the government, voting of the IMF." - What is constantly coming up in these phone calls is the preconditions for the billion dollar loan is not only the firing of GP Shokin – but also reforms that benefit the IMF. Why is this a specific issue for VP of the US to push?
PP: "I can find out the votes. WIthout Samopomich I cannot find out the votes on constitutional changes. This is very simple"
JB: "Alright we will do everything to help you get the votes"

This speaks to the influence discussed earlier. They have CIA assets within the Ukrainian government influencing the outcome of votes. Otherwise, how would JB be in a position to say "we will do everything to help you get the votes" if he wasn't able to actively DO that?

LOL. Biden straight up mafioso threatened Poroshenko's life in that last sentence. Obviously Privatbank has a lot of dirty secrets, and they were concerned about Trump finding out about it.

Why would he state this about corruption in the beginning of the call without any mention of corruption initially by JK? It's because he already knows what JK wants to hear. That Shokin will not have the power to pursue corruption charges.

General thoughts:
Clearly there is a lot of veiled language within these videos. What is clear, though, is that the firing of GP Shokin was not the only condition for the billion dollar loan, it was also intrinsically tied to IMF reforms and allowing IMF to do similarly to what happened to Greece prior to their financial crisis. Take away control of state owned enterprises.
Biden laying out all his cards out Privatbank and the GP Shokin firing in these calls. You'd have to be an idiot to deny it.
