They are trying to create the illusion that when the day comes for their indictments and trials, they will point to these posts and try to claim anti-Semitism. I don't think there are going to be any criminal charges regarding their particular religion, it will be charges for their ACTIONS. In other words, they will try to make it appear that the charges against them will be because of their religion rather than what they did as individuals.
