Regarding Michigan:
If a state is not already afflicted with all mail voting, and a voter refuses an absentee ballot to vote at the polls, and the state bans polling sites, does that constitute a violation of citizens right to vote? Will the state have to make voting sites available to public? (Without driving many miles to reach one)
Can a state that is not already by passing legislation totally a vote by mail state, deprive citizens from voting at the pols.
