On April 20th Marion Correctional Institute (MCI in the link) was national news. Over 80%, over 2,100 of the prisoners had tested positive for Covid-19. Since then, there have not been any updates. The results don’t exactly fit the narrative. As of today, 2,103 prisoners and 162 guards have recovered. 40 are still positive and 14 have passed away. 15 out of 2,320 = .0064. 99.35% recovered. That’s out of positive cases, not the entire population.
