You have to be insane to follow Qs logic. Do Q comes here with the cold murder case, not only claiming that there are Plenty of good people in FBI but also whitehats having things under control.
Wouldnt it be much moar logical to put some of those people on the case, solve the murder, and arrest Joe if he is indeed the murder, then come here with the perp walk
