Vista acquired the assets of Student Information System from Pearson PLC (which included PowerSchool), a provider of K-12 student information systems used by 15 million students in 73 countries.
If you look at the portfolio and and moves over their history it kind of paints a picture.

Figured I would post my dig notes on Earth Alliance/Dicaprio/Amazon fire donations.
These are rough connections from a side dig, started after seeing a Hillary twat regarding donations to Earth Alliance for the fires in the Amazon. Looked into it a little to map some connections which is what follows, but the dig starts to move into "tech" connections quickly, which at the time I was also looking into.
