Witness Statement
Brian Williams was there and saw the whole thing. I was talking to Brian about a week after the murder, and something about him was just….different. I couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was, until that one night. We were having a few drinks, and Brian –– who is not much of a drinkern –– suddenly leaned into me and said.."I have to tell someone…if I suddenly have an "accident" swear you'll let the world know" I promised I would. He then related the whole scene, and how the murder took place, right down to Joes hate filled rant as she was dying.
Brian is still alive. There is part of me that can't wait till he croaks so I can let the world know. I can't say anything yet….I promised.

Since Brian has already been punished for his chopper lies, there must be something else and POTUS knows what it is. What Q knows, POTUS knows, and Q just told us that he knows about Joe.
