One of the latest Q crumbs is very interesting. A weird pic of lightning that looks like a graphical glitch, like something that happens when you mess with specific frames in a video - odd thing for Q to reply to.

Does that imply Q has knowledge or the ability to control lightning or at least the appearance of it?
