Light hub is the oposite of a dark hub. It is a shield around a city shielding it from all dark and negative energies from coming in. It can also send out massive amounts of positive energy and light to a large area around it.
It turns the city into a fortress of light.
Realisticly speaking the spiritual planes directly correlates with everything that happens in the fysical. It is HIGHLY effective.

We have started construction of earth's guardian. If you compare it to punisher 2.0 the earth guardian will be ALOT more powerful but more multipurpose and focuses on healing and powerful light/defence rather then offense and not really exorcism but more like so mutch light nothing negative can stand in its way or can stand beeing in its presence. We feel like the completion of the earth guardian will make for a fine symbol of peace on earth and ring in the golden age. As far as transmuting goes we feel like we have everything we need and will just put it all into one big unit: the earth guardian. Will spend some time on this probably many weeks depending on how fast the dark is throwing stuff to transmute at us.
