Either very weird, unexplainable camera glitches or signs of spirit beings visible on camera.
More of what exists, yet is invisible to the eyes, can be caught on camera, because sensors can pick up a different range of wavelengths. This is especially true for IR cameras which can see certain cloaked ET ships.
That "flash" can be explained as a very brief un-cloaking. They commonly flash at night, but this is how it should look if the craft would "flash" during daytime.
If the craft flash at night, as proven dozens of times ITT, isn't it just logical that craft might very briefly de-cloak at day?
Either that, or it's a camera glitch.
