I probably passed it thinking it was some larper pretending to have comms with Q, but only 4 minutes later another anon reported that the instagram was made private again. RC End?

Same anon who replied to Q also made two other posts in the same bread, replying to two other anons trying to figure out what was in the CCTV picture from Rachel Handler's instagram
in the second post he replies to an anon looking at the channel 14 CCTV segment and tells him what he's looking at. Its just a blur but this is what he says
>You're missing that its acctually a face close up to the camera. Two eyes with a crooked mouth. Arms held up. Red walls behind.
So taking a chance that this guy is legit I grabbed the picture and played around with it in Gimp, posted my results here
