Good morning anons, Q and POTUS. If they are here to see this. Checking in, New Haven Harbor, Quinnipiac River. It’s a damn fine day with little wind.

I have a question for TaxFags out there. I have yet to get my stim checks. I have a situation where i have to file my taxes by mail for 2018 and 2019. Unfortunately someone filed my tax return in 2013 or 2014 and I have to have an IRS protection pin. Long story short, I cannot obtains this pin and I cant even make an IRS account online. I cannot and my only option is to file by mail. So what do I do? Do I fill out my respective 2018 and 2019 form 1040’s and mail them in? I owe like $300 and can’t pay at this time. Can I still file by mail without including payment? I do not want to file by mail only to wait months and have them send my shit back.

That stim money, its not only the relief I have needed because of this pandemic but it’s the relief I have needed the last two years to get ahead and kind of reset.

Please if anyone can clear that up I have been trying to research the answers I need but a lot of it is very ambiguous. I know theres a specific mailing address for returns with payment and without payment. Just need to know the other things I asked, mainly if I can send this In without payment.
