On the Cape or Southcoast? Skippers are selling Scallops and Lobster right off the boat when they tie up. Harwichport on The Cape, (next to Brax Landing) are selling Sea Scallops caught that day. In Fairhaven, Mcleans Wharf is where there’s Lobsters selling as the boats come in.
I know R.I. is doing the same with Lobsters. When I find out exactly where I’ll repost with more info.
