To be able to "opt out" from being an organ donor,
the state needs first to take possession of your organs.
The state said: Well, UK citizen, you don't own your body any longer.
We, the state, own your body.
From now on, we will take your organs, if we chose to.
Because from today on, we possess your body.
If you don't like it,
we allow(!) you to "opt out".
A country that claims the possession of the organs of its citizens is a tyranny.
Citizen are only allowed to "opt out"

but who allows you to "opt out":
the state, who already robbed you of possession of your body!
If a robber robs you of all your possessions,

Organs are never taken from dead bodies.
