Indeed! This needs to stop, people need access to their loved ones. Having a wireless security camera in each room accessible to family members would be better than nothing.
I am saying is NO access is not the answer and these places don't have to answer to anyone, not the families ect, they hide behind HIPPA like it's a bible..Unless you have had a loved one in one of these places there is no way you an understand how frightening this really is.
