I will say this as generic a way as possible to avoid getting people in trouble. About seven years ago I had to spend most of two days with the local epidemiology people. Back then they told me there were no flu epidemics, it was all made up by the media and hospitals that reported deaths with the flu as deaths by the flu. They also said the scare of the month got the same treatment, it was not just about the flu. Health/humanitarian emergencies are an easy way to get federal aid.
This is not goint to go the way "they" think. I see a lot of death by blunt trauma criminal corpses piling up in dark allies in the near future.
