Speaking of the CDC, they list the 1st U.S. death due to COVID-19 on the week ending 2/8/2020.

That should be a surprise to almost everyone given that we were all told that the 1st U.S. death was at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA on 2/29.

The CDC lists 9 COVID-19 deaths in Feb 2020.

Where were these deaths?

Why were they not reported before?
