Under 52 USC §20507. Requirements with respect to administration of voter registration, agencies maintaining voter registration records are required to send notiffication to the voter of any changes made.
Sec 20507 also includes the requirements for cleaning voter rolls every two years, updating moves and deaths, and notifications to voters. States repeatedly FAIL to abide by 52 USC §20507.
