C_A had backed the Microsoft / Intel hegemony and was trying to get rid of all competition in the personal computer space.

Tandy, Atari, Amiga… remember those? Gone.

Tech Media would run hit pieces on Apple being a 'religion' and Mac users being 'fanatic' or 'zealots' all the time.

Didn't realize at the time it was an active Psyop. Amazing how much media fookery has been going on over the years, when I look back at it.
