ok, I feel bored. Left shoe reflection appears to show the photographer. My guess is that's a long-haired brunette wearing something light blue. There's a window too.
The model appears to walk a little weird: There's something that looks like a scratch (white) on the right shoe, where the black paint is scratched off.
