The drawing above looks like some kind of massacre/murder scene. Didn't the Manson murderers at tate la biance write "pig" in blood on the wall? The middle 3 letters look like Pig to me.

If this virus was a bioweapon intended for a very specific target, maybe even a single person… and if the intended target was not effected, would they try a stronger one next time? Wasn't there a very high value individual that some foreign country put a multi million/billion dollar bounty on? Could all of the innocent deaths been collateral damage? Are there people who own virus's thatare so greedy/evil that they don't care how many lives they take as long as they eventually get the bounty?
