I predicted down to the day that Q would start posting with much more frequency and I'm also relaying that this entire endeavor is planning on 1st phase wrap-up in November but with about 10 more years to follow before the plan completely unfolds.
I hope this doesn't dishearten you. It was mildly liberating to me, but we can expect to see court proceedings and "justice" well into the 20's with a major shift in world awareness coming sometime around 2021-2022.

This is the period in evolution where a people recognize privacy only concerns those with guilt or shame. At some point, all humans on earth are going completely transparent, even the politicians, which will cease to exist in the form we understand them in about 7 years time. We're shifting to more of a meritocracy and a lot of people are going to be left behind. All plans lead to the same end, but the path of the light, if that's not being too presumptive, gets us there with a civilization bound in merit whereas the dark path got us there with a civilization of birth rite.
I don't make the rules, but I seem to have a decent understanding of them.
