Kary Mullis invented the process known as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in which a small amount of DNA can be copied in large quantities over a short period of time.

With the help of the enzyme DNA polymerase, new DNA chains are formed and the process can then be repeated.

PCR does not measure viral load, it replicates existing DNA so it can be studied. The amount depends upon how many “passes” they do to replicate the DNA.

Since the DNA is replicated, it in no way indicates viral load present in situ. Kary said it was never meant for diagnosis. Fauci and Friends highjacked it for their own nefarious purposes.
