HCQ is quite dangerous.

Look at this perfectly healthy woman who took HCQ and suddenly developed heart problems. Fact are facts.

A 59-year-old woman developed RA at 25 years of age and

was treated with 200 mg of HCQ daily for more than 14 years

and 25 mg of methotrexate weekly. Other medical history

included long-standing hypertension, which was treated with

atenolol and hydrochlorothiazide. She developed atonic seizures which were very difficult to control despite the use of

clobazam, phenytoin, divalproex sodium, nitrazepam, and levetiracetam. She was also taking citalopram to treat depression.

After repeated seizures and falls, an electrocardiogram (ECG)

was obtained and showed early R/S precordial transition, RSR0

in V1 and repolarization abnormalities
