What Small Business anons need is to build a National Small Business Legal Defense Fund. Home schoolers have one to keep the government from stealing their children out of their homes.
Well, reading the article, you will note the hardest part of suging the government is finding an attorney to work for you without costing freedom loving anons and their businesses an arm and a leg, or destruction of the very business you are trying to save.
ENTER, the "Legal Defense Fund"
Back when home schoolers started home schooling, the states use to try to rip the children out of the parents homes, claiming child abuse. Parents were being attacked everywhere.
The home schoolers found a solution that works to this day to stop this from happening to them, that can help defend small business anons now AND:

I am thinking it would be good to start a Small Business Defense Fund for small business owners across America.
How does a Defense fund work?
The Home schoolers each pay into the fund at about a $100.oo a year. This puts a lawyer familiar with Constitutional law and small business law on RETAINER, for ALL members of the Defense fund.
The next time the "governors" decide you have to close your business due to some pandemic, or flu season etc, there will be a national group of attorneys in every state, on retainer, for the constitutionally abused businesses that the state uses to scare everyone into giving up their Constitutional rights.
The time for small businesses to form this Legal Defense fund is now.
Once formed, there will be no more road blocks to suing the governors.
Given they plan to hit again in the fall, this summer is the time.
