Who has the ability to shut down Farcebook, Twatter, Yahoo, etc…?

Will they be shut down individually or are you saying there is a 'master switch'?

I assume the power will not be cut until there is a photo, video or information that would spread like wildfire.

Can the EMS system send photos and videos?
