It was posted yesterday. Think about the implications of the statement "releases these minors to individuals who present themselves as family members." What evidence do these individuals have to give in order to substantiate their claim? What if the UAC's are intimidated into saying that some pimp is their brother, coming to pick them up? How frightened would you be if you were a trafficked minor in that situation–either you say that someone is there to get you, or you're turned back to the people that enslaved you in the first place? This is a big, big loophole…
