Have been documenting the London Pics, emphasis in dating each by its contents as compared with open source pictorial evidence.
Almost completed a series of vids. Have dropped some ruffs and some scratchpads in response to queries from fellow anons.
It is a shame that links to previous 2-3 UK breads are messed up. The recent attacks on the board intensified around the time Anons have posted new digs such as this one. This was a quiet place to share feedback on this sort of project. If the links and previous breads can be repaired or restored, that would be a yuge boost.
In a nutshell, Q posted London Pics, as you may know and may have studied, and referred to providing a time guide of some sort in the context of Peter and Lisa trip to UK. In a Q post on this theme, Q acknowledged 2015/2016. Thus far, none of the pics in the series of London Pics match 2015/2016.
Hence the effort to thoroughly date these images by their contents. Also sorting the pics, again by what is within them, in geographic and chronologic series. In addition, have been analyzing the thematic inter-connections across the pics and across what appear to be groupings or series of pics.
Suspect that the London Pics are part of a larger story told by pictorial evidence that we already have. As a general rule, my work on these pics have been governed by Q 128, primarily. There are others as discussed in previous breads.
The first thing here is to establish the hard evidence on the dating of each pic and then to expand on that sure grounding. While anons wait patiently for the drop of this work, I've dropped the ruffs and scratchpads which are not polished and not completed investigatively. Collaboration ensued.
The pictorial evidence, so far, points to a narrowed time frame that is earlier than many anons have thought. It appears that the guide is the winter months that straddle 2013/2014.
The grounding for this will be presented in vids, mostly, soon enough. At times the details may seem tedious but the goal is to make it rock solid so as to help anons focus rather than scatter on mistaken dates for this or that pic or series of pics.
Work is progressing nicely, from this anon's viewpoint. Patience and time needed. Ruffs and scratchpads help feed that need without misleading with speculations galore. Other anons have and are doing likewise day in day out. I've less time to devote and so have lasered into these pics.

Winter Wonderland Map for 2015/2016 indicates that Q London pic of a scene at that theme park could not have been taken during that season. In fact, it would have been taken prior to 2015/2016 Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park.
Some anons have caught this in other ways. The map evidence is bolstered by other evidence in open sources.

Q has spoken of providing a guide when legit targets discerned from such digz. Given the attacks on boards of late, can we assume we are over target-rich territory? IDK.

Use of the surveillance apparatus of an ally so as to spy on citizens of one's own country is to do by proxy what one might not do directly. Think enemies foreign and domestic. What makes an individual (or an institution) a foreign enemy? Can a domestic traitor collaborate with such an entity without committing treason?
May not be a purely legal matter.
Consider the difference between the purpose of FISA vs criminal warrants. If, by local law, a crime is committed locally by a foreigner, is not the act a crime? If, by convention, betrayal of an alliance is an act of hostility, if not war, against a fellow member of that alliance, is not such an act treasonous against one's own country?
Well…
To indict, a crime must have occured, by law, and an investigation must have been predicated accordingly. That's the process for combating crime.
What is the process for fighting treason, by law, by convention, by practice? If an alliance is busted, by design of hostile entity, and if that alliance sustained explicitly for the defence of one's country, is not that hostile entity an enemy whether foreign or domestic or both? Have not wars been launched on such predication?
Now, throw in to this mix the concept, and history, of civil war. Foreign and domestic enemies abound.
Seems to me there has been a longstanding turf war, beneath the public's notice, across national boundaries. Compare this with the machinations of an Empire that imperils the individual countries but all at once and on multiple fronts. If that Empire were opposed by an alliance, then, those within the Empire would be treasonous and those without would be foreign enemies of that Empire. Think mirror.
Here comes the Hitler rule. Kek. Who were the traitors in France or Belgium, for possible examples? Did either side ponder the precise nature of treason when in the thick of war? Would this be different during a silent war? Or cold war? Or presage to any such war? The law is not the delimiter in such instances. Summary executions provides ample proof of that.
Excuse the incoherence in my reply. Q's puzzle is brutal.

Context: What does the ground cover [reflect]?
The WW operation has used various ground coverings since its origin. Big expansion 2012. Again 2014. (And again since, but not directly relevant here.) Along the way they used a mix of ground coverings, phased in/out. Very unusual for this to be the subject of an attendee's photos/vids, yes? Seems very prominent in Q's pic.

Searching for clear pics or vids of the pedestrian area in front of WM and the DD. Looking for a match (got plenty but not satisfied yet) for 2013, 2012, 2011. The 2014 season is well covered (pun intended).
Ground cover. Underfoot. History of. Pedestrian area or very nearby. See WW MAP 2013 as reference. While the attractions vary year to year, the general pathways remained very nearly the same during the timeframe under this request. Refer back to 2013 MAP and refer to date of images found in your searches.

CLAS_WW_UK_ACTIVE_T
The over-emphasis on the ground cover in the other WW pic, Fsurv_london in Q 1405, sort of balances cutting the subjects off at the waist/knees in the CLAS_WW_UK_ACTIVE_T. On a practical level, helps auto-expose and focus in the extreme lighting conditions so that the handbag is clearly discernible. Also serves to point at the changes in ground cover. At this point, seems to be like breadcrumbs on a path around the park.
Digging on this will not be a walk in the park, however. Natch.

That is the gud nooz. The bad? Incorporating this into the series of vids means taking a bit moar time to process and edit. Worth it. I think.
