A question regarding President Trump and the Twitter.

I'm sure he tweeted towards the end of last year that all comments he made on social media were official announcements and legally protected.

I can't find it at the moment, has anyone got a screenshot of it?

Regardless, is this something that can be used against Twitter and their 'factchecking' / publishing instead of being a platform?
