I have doing some thinking:
EM field is not just EM it is EM-RF field a trinity field.
the Electric is like the lightning in the sky the magnetic is the current in the pond and the radio frequency is like the ripples on the surface of the pond. A trinity field like the color field.
EM-RF field needs a medium to be there. The current (electricity, the magnetic needs a solid to have electron shift, and the RF needs an antenna to transmit the wave out into the sphere of the pond. But all the same field.
Everyone ether thinks electric or magnetic and even think they are separate fields. They aren't. But what I have found any antenna even me or you act as antenna that create the Radio Frequency wave - it is all one field waiting for the circuit to complete.

but the field is always there if a component is missing as a potential.

I am now sure that the trinity field extends into $D - EM-RF.
The color field is not unique - we just don't understand the media the color field of quantum dynamics moves through to conduct/propagate.
HMM - the color field is just a rotational element……
How does that relate to the EM-RF field?
