Other sources I've looked at suggest closures and lockdowns are more dangerous to people's health than coronavirus. Do "authorities" who restrict or attempt to restrict our activities bear responsibility when their policies create a lethal level of stress and depression? My personal belief is that authority and responsibility go hand in hand. So elected or unelected authorities can and should be liable for the damage their "edicts" cause.
