It's not Bill Gates in the video. Video is quite old (15 yrs), and I first saw it many years ago. Nobody ever tried to claim it was Bill Gates until very recently, and now the board is being spammed with it.

Beyond that, I think the infiltration is not people who are partial to any particular national interest, but those united by the idea there should be no nations period. So the infiltrators might have ties to Israel, China, Iran, etc…but they're all working towards to same goal.
