Due by June 1, and third party was going to brief sullivan june 10.
analysts said it was good that appelate court responded fast and ordered sullivan to file response by june 1.
The precedents are strong in Fokker and a supreme court decision written May 7, 2020 overturning the 9th circuit 9-0 by of all people RGB are cited by powell.
9th circuit erred in allowing biased activists to be invited to brief court and erred i allowing third party amicus curia to argue point not in initial complaint.

I do think the news is segmented national and local, and the national part has a allocated portion for the narrative to be disseminated. They may get a time slot so to speak.
