Power and status will be governed by access to information and technology. Something like a ‘techno eyeball’ will offer full video surveillance and recording, connection to the public internet. Imagine combining this with ClearView as a basic example.

As it is now, those with access to the aggregate location data on commoners have the ability to control their social environments and distancing. This is only going to become far more insidious and granular as time goes on.
