I make a huge batch as a strong tea with BARK of Cinchona. (Chloroquine in its natural state from tree bark)

Two weeks now and a 6 year skin issue is just about cleared up.

I drinks about 2-3 8 ounce cups a day.

I also do the same with Wormood bark.

Seems to be healing me from inside.

Super bitter, but after two weeks I actually like it.

Gross at first, but it is a medicine, not a beverage.

I plan on using it always from now on daily.

Make a big batch, double strength the tea measurement to water

chug like a shot to get used to it

there is a science behind bitter foods

THEY don't tell us that.

Also, think of fetal cells for taste bud sensory in most packaged food

THEY know how to fuck us up.

BITTER is better and has to do with preparing stomach with bile and parasites hate bitter.
