If what Flynn said in the hearing that Sulivan tried to get him to postpone equals re-submitting his guilty plea, Sullivan now has a problem with ruling in a case that originated from Fraud Upon the Court. ( Contreras was the Judge Flynn entered his plea in. Contreras was 1 of 4 FISC Judges who apporved the warrants )
Sullivan cannot rule in this case if so.
Amicus Brief filed laying out the question of Fraud Upon The Court and the next day Sullivan Ordered Flynn's first Law firm to enter a notice of appearance. ( They would be in part responsible for the Fraud ) At least so far as knowing it happened and advising theor client to plead guilty.
Appelate Court orders Sullivan to respond to his crazy behavior.
Sullivan hires and attorney. ( Who is paying for his attorney because taxpayers already have a person on the payroll to do this job )
Tax payers cannot pay for a personal expense of a Judge.
This Judge is 1 second to midnight before needing a personal attorney for ruling on a case after the Court was corrupted.
Contreras was corrupted and recused.
Did Flynn re submit his guilty plea in front of Sullivan? If so , Sullivan needs a personal attorney not a tax payer attorney

If he rules to dismiss a case against Flynn that should have been deemed null and void based on Fraud Upon The Court…. he is making a ruling. He can't rule if he has been corrupted! He can only void the guilty plea not dismiss the case.

IMHO, Session should have told Trump he would have to recuse before accpeting the job. That is where I have a problem with Sessions. He sent our Country into a 2 plus year tail spin and the very person We The People needed to step up for us was AWOL.
