From one of the backdrops at the Ford plant tour.
This does not look like a powered respirator to me.
Looks more like a VR headset and thermal imaging sensor, AKA night vision goggles.
Invisible enemy.
Noteable

Diabetes drugs cause gangrene of the genitals.
At the Ford plant tour, there was a hand drawn sketch of a powered ventilator that uses a seat blower from the F-150.
It shows a part number of JU5A-96632A70-BA.
Search on this number finds only one hit, on Ebay rover. Seems pretty fishy, parts for the F-150 should be everywhere.
Let's take a look at the Ebay seller-
Beginfournier is a top rated seller and has 1,732 transactions.
Search Fournier and find lots about Fournier's Gangrene, which attacks the taint and genital areas.
Prior to the most recent outbreak of Fournier's Gangrene caused by SGLT2 blocker drugs, "diabetes mellitus was reported to be present in 20%-70% of patients with FG8 and chronic alcoholism in 25%-50% patients." Being HIV positive has also added to the population of those at risk for Fournier's Gangrene according to Wikipedia.
Certain diabetes drugs classified as SGLT2 blockers have been linked by the US FDA as causing Fournier's Gangrene. The drugs to watch for are Canagliflozin (Invokana, Invokamet, Invokamet XR), Dapagliflozin (Farxiga, Xigduo XR, Qtern), Empagliflozin (Jardiance, Glyxambi, Synjardy, Synjardy XR), and Ertugliflozin (Steglatro, Segluromet, Steglujan).

Have not yet found a connection to the year 1732.
Not convinced the sketch is a ventilator either. Looks like a diagram of how hidden tunnel entrances operate.
