potus may be pointing to the Op (SAP) in control and using Joe to bring public demand for inquiry, whereby he can bridge the obvious cover up, clowns assets involved, to the SAP running things then and now (msm mockingbird type Op). this will expose all actions together as a conspiracy to hopefully shut down the Mockingbird type Ops whereby they control the news. And the justification would be the SAP went rogue, is illegal because they cover crimes as part of it.

These TS SAPs are legal and authorized at some level so Potus needs to show they cross a line in order to disband them.

MF was not fully controlled (he was a yes man though, followed legal orders like a soldier and spoke his mind during prior admins) , when Potus was in he was identified as a person that could do grave damage by exposing what/how BHO weaponized and liberally used the surveillance data, programs.

They were scared of him having Potus's ear and what Potus would do to address what had become the (illegal) norms of clowns and their control of domestic LEO and Intel gathering.

The big take is not the cover up (attempt) to make data gathered under questionable surveil (EO 12333) legally predicated by beginning the FVEY angle. The biggie is the surveillance state whereby everything they tried to do to Trump legally , but with false predicate was done under EO 12333 prior since BUSH.

They surveilled all their enemies to smear, used surveil to gain control over companies and control them, to move their controlled assets to high positions of power, prolly even fixed the vote via cardinals in electing a communist Pope.

They used these methods to surveil and control Congress and literally institute a system of Orweillan control, absolute totalitarian control.

The direction of America was shown to be threatened as they expressed their desire to end our Constitutional Republic and gain Power to create a one party system, whereby everything they did to gain the Power from 9-11 up to and including during BHO was just a means. The ends was a communist one party state and seizures of all private held wealth and assets.

The inevitable plans being fulfilled with a HRC presidency was the line which MIL had to intervene to defend the Oath, Consitution and Republic, and MF was the Bridge to brief Potua on all he did not know and remove the vast system that was working to effect it.

and at the end of a day a judge can always completely ignore precedent and parts of statutory law and a jury can decide not to hold someone to account for a obvious crime, because of other circumstances.

The 9th circuit was overruled 9-0 on May 7, 2020, and keep in mind had the SC not heard the appeal, the actions of the 9th Circuit in that case would have established further citeable legal precedent.

Law is a number of things but at the end of the day it is interpretation. Statutory law is interpeted by LEOs, then by Courts or Juries, and then Case Law and Judgements become their own Body of Law to define statutory/codified Law and also in precedents for areas not covered statutorily.

In the wide-ranging interview with Full Measure set to air Sunday, Trump also addressed the debate over whether religious services should remain closed. Calling them “essential services,” he says it’s time for them to open.

Sharyl Attkisson: There are churches and religious leaders, New Jersey, Chicago, California who have said they're going to defy if necessary, state orders and they're going to open back up. Should they do that?

President Trump: I think they're going to be in great shape. We're coming out with CDC probably today. In fact, right after this particular magnificent interview that you're doing… I'm going to be reading an order from CDC, but we're going to be requesting that they open. I think they're going to be calling it an essential service, and it is an essential service, and we want to get our churches back open…When you look at some of the things that they consider an essential service, but they don't consider religious freedom essential service. Now the ministers, the pastors, the rabbis, the anybody you want to say, the religious leaders, all religious leaders, they want to keep the people safe too. But when you see that they're arresting people and they're in parking lots in cars with windows, spas and the people are being arrested, it's a disgrace. Honestly, it's a disgrace.”

Shortly after the interview Friday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued new guidelines on how religious institutions can safely reopen. Reopenings are still under the control of individual states.

Also addressed in the interview: the controversy over using the anti-malaria drug hydroxychloroquine for coronavirus prevention or treatment. Trump says he just finished a two week course of of the drug for preventive purposes after two White House staffers were diagnosed with coronavirus. “I'm still here, to the best of my knowledge,” he says.

The president also talked about the strengths and weaknesses of his political opponent in the presidential race, Joe Biden, his own Twitter practices, the new Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, and the scandal over FBI surveillance abuses.

“That was the insurance policy,” Trump tells Attkisson, speaking of the FBI’s targeting of the Trump campaign in 2016 and the transition team in early 2017. “[They thought ‘Clinton is] going to win but just in case she doesn't, we have an insurance policy.’ And now I beat them on the insurance policy. And now they're being exposed.”

it is very hard sometimes to provide intent and knowingly.

if the 302 was changed knowingly with a criminal intent that is a start to prosecute.

thats why Q always mentions knowingly.

If McCabe said in a email 'hey I want you to add that he said this or that, and pientka said but he didn't and McCabe said just do it', that would be against policy perhaps but not illegal per se.

To have a real crime the email would have to say,

' hey I want you to add this and that, and I want it added because I want to make it look like he committed a crime, and frame the guy for a crime he did not commit. I know it is wrong Joe and I am acting illegally in doing this, but help me here in committing this criminal frame job even though I know he did not commit a crime'

It sounds absurd I know but every thing else can be explained away.

Just think of the IG report findings, all the players did bad things, some illegal and all Horowitz could say was he could find not bias.

Thats because when asked they said all said no I did not use bias.
