I just listened to this case being tried against google in the 9th district court. At about 31:00 on the tape Google's lawyer says that if the court decides that supercedes implies a novation (new contract) it could effect TRILLIONS of of dollars of California contracts. This case is siting the decision made by the supreme court regarding United States v. Sineneng-Smith which was just kicked back to the 9th circuit for decision.

Interesting thread here regarding the impeachment hoax and US v Sineneng-Smith. They had to hold up the impeachment docs to Feb 25th to cover their own crimes. Notice the thread predicted the hold up in Dec of 2019.
