DOJ can also file crief to appeals court, they were invited to do so. This may play out awhile, they (DS) want to keep the game going. I hope he joins Potus Admin. but not sure.

He was dismissed from DOJ charges with prejuduce me thinks, so he cannot be tried again on the same charges. Schiff and house will try to use release of Kislyak and his transcript for hearings to smear him and recommend charges to DOJ to keep the narrative going. MSM will use Schifty narrative with a goal of preventing him form joining Potus Admin.
If he is dismissed by Judge and it is accepted by the people then Potus may also pardon him so house cannot keep playing the games, not sure though. House will do everything they can to keep him tainted and away from having credibility so he cannot join Potus and appear to tell his story.
